ARRANGEMENT LETTER BETWEEN THE UNIVERSITY OF GUADALAJARA, HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS LéaLA, REPRESENTED BY
AND THE COMPANY HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS EXHIBITOR, REPRESENTED BY IN ORDER TO ENTER INTO A PARTNERSHIP PURSUANT TO THE FOLLOWING:
The University of Guadalajara will carry out the organization and management of a Spanish-language book fair in the city of Los Angeles (LéaLA), to be held May 15, 16 & 17, 2015 in the convention facility called LOS ANGELES CONVENTION CENTER, located at 1201 South Figueroa Street. At the fair, 204 exhibitor booths will be installed with measurements of 10 x 10 feet (100 ft²) each in the exhibit space named H-J HALL, SOUTH EXHIBIT HALL.

requires extra services such as internet, a different kind of furniture or a special booth design, EXHIBITOR
must bear all related costs and procure any such services from the list of providers authorized by LOS ANGELES CONVENTION CENTER

confirms that they have read the Terms and Conditions for Exhibitors and agrees to fully comply with them. The Terms and Conditions were delivered to EXHIBITOR prior to signing this agreement, and they may be downloaded from the Exhibitors’ section of our website ( www.lea-la.com).
breach the terms of this Arrangement Letter, they shall be obliged to compensate LéaLA
for damages resulting from this breach.
If, for reasons not attributable to the University of Guadalajara
, the University is prevented from carrying out the LéaLA book fair, the object of this agreement, it promises to refund amounts received from EXHIBITOR
on or before May 25, 2015
The parties, aware of the content and scope of this arrangement letter, state that the same has not been a product of bad faith, fraud or error and sign in two counterparts, one for each signatory of this letter, in the city of Guadalajara, Jalisco, a
